Shinlo Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of products and services provided by Shinlo Labs, a sole proprietorship registered in India (Udyam Reg. No. UDYAM-UP-16-0053577), including Frontwise. By using our services you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Frontwise is software that helps a business reply to its customers on WhatsApp, take orders and bookings, and manage them on a dashboard. Features depend on the plan chosen.
2. Business responsibilities
- Provide correct business details, prices, stock and policies. The assistant replies based on this information.
- Follow WhatsApp's Business and Commerce Policies and applicable Indian law.
- Message customers only for legitimate purposes and respect their choice to stop.
- Fulfil the orders and bookings placed with the business. The sale is between the business and its customer.
3. Customer use
Customers chatting with a business may be talking to an AI assistant. They can type "staff" at any time to reach a person. Prices and availability are confirmed by the business.
4. Fees
Paid plans are billed as agreed with the business. Fees once paid are non-refundable unless we agree otherwise in writing. We may change prices with prior notice.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for spam, fraud, illegal goods or services, harassment, or anything that breaks the law or WhatsApp's policies. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. AI limitations
The assistant is designed to be accurate and uses the business's own data for prices, but it can make mistakes. Businesses should review orders, and important decisions should be confirmed by a person.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but the service depends on third parties such as Meta, internet and cloud providers, and may sometimes be interrupted.
8. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Shinlo Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the business for the last three months.
9. Data
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Ending the service
A business may stop using the service at any time. We may end or suspend the service for breach of these Terms. On request we will delete the business's data, subject to legal requirements.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Basti, Uttar Pradesh shall have jurisdiction.
